Die zur DORNIEDEN Gruppe gehörende VISTA Reihenhaus GmbH aus Mönchengladbach hat mit knapp 11.600 Quadratmetern rund die Hälfte des 22.200 Quadratmeter großen Baugebietes von der beta Baulandentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH erworben. Bis Ende Januar 2018 soll die Erschließung durch die beta abgeschlossen sein, das Unternehmen investiert dort rund drei Millionen Euro. Weitere 9,5 Mio. Euro investiert VISTA in die Hochbaumaßnahmen, die bereits 2019 abgeschlossen sein sollen.
Baubeginn für das neue Wohnquartier "Grüner Ring"
44 Doppel- und fünf Reihenhäuser werden voraussichtlich ab Oktober 2018 unter Regie der VISTA Reihenhaus GmbH aus Mönchengladbach im neuen Wohnquartier „Grüner Ring“ in Beckum entstehen. Ralph Krönert (Geschäftsführer aus der mit der Erschließung beauftragten Stricker-Gruppe), Matthias Steinhaus (Prokurist beta Baulandentwicklungsgesellschaft mbh), Christiane Prause (Projektentwicklerin bei der VISTA Reihenhaus), Uwe Wienke (Geschäftsführer beta Baulandentwicklungsgesellschaft mbh) und der Beckumer Bürgermeister Dr. Karl-Uwe Strothmann (v.l.n.r.) sorgten mit dem symbolischen Spatenstich jetzt für den offiziellen Beginn des Bauvorhabens.
