Baugleiche Häuser wir bereits in Bremen und in Berlin erfolgreich verkauft.“
Mit dem neuen Projekt startet der Bremer Wohnbauträger sein erstes Baugebiet in Gelsenkirchen, wenngleich Nordrhein-Westfalen kein unbekanntes Terrain ist: INTERHOMES blickt in seiner fast 50-jährigen Firmengeschichte bereits auf den Bau von Wohnquartieren unter anderem in Köln, Dortmund, Düsseldorf und Essen zurück. Dort sind in den vergangenen Jahren unter Regie der INTERHOMES AG über 1.100 Wohnungen, Reihen- und Doppelhäuser entstanden.
Aktuell ist das Unternehmen mit dem Baugebiet Esprit@Bunter Garten in Mönchengladbach am Markt, im Frühjahr 2018 startet in Essen-Katernberg ebenfalls ein Wohnquartier in den Verkauf.
Beta Bauland verkauft an Interhomes AG
Nach dem kürzlichen Erwerb von rund 8.000 Quadratmetern Bauland An der Luthenburg/Ecke Grollmannstraße von der beta Baulandentwicklungsgesellschaft (Bergkamen) plant die Bremer INTERHOMES AG den Bau von 36 Häusern in Gelsenkirchen. Der Verkäufer übernimmt ab Frühjahr 2017 die Erschließung des Geländes. Baubeginn für die ersten Häuser wird nach Angaben des Bremer Unternehmens voraussichtlich im Spätherbst 2018 sein, Vertriebsstart ist im Frühjahr 2018.
